An education specialist who previously worked in the provincial state government – now retired – I have worked on change to evaluate the policy from the “outside”. During my four decades of service, I focused on supporting the development of vocational education at the provincial level. The main goal of my work was to predict how the working world would change, what skills would be required in the future, and how to incorporate these skills into education today. My passion lies in participating in activities that help individuals discover their potential, build trust with one another, and support a sustainable lifestyle.
