Zella’s courses include training workshops that originated from the piloting of the EspressoSkillsLAB© activities. These workshops were created by Marcella Zoccoli in the Spring of 2021 and integrate different components:

The workshops are designed to be awareness-based and offer participants the opportunity to explore their sensations, perceptions, emotions, and thoughts through their senses. They also expand their abilities to tackle the complexities and paradoxes of life and work and facilitate the opening of new personal dimensions evolving through transformative experiences.
Zella workshops are “solo” or co-designed and co-conducted with other Zella Specialists.
In March 2024, the official name of EspressoSkillsLAB(MZ2021) turned into ZellaSkillsLAB© coinciding with the registration of Zella International ry as a non-profit organization.
